SATPID Individual Hotel Incentive

Who can apply: For TPID-participating hotel properties and their groups/meetings that generate new overnight visitation to San Antonio; minimum 10% of the applicant property’s peak room inventory must be utilized; minimum ROI of 7:1 is required; events receiving other SATPID funding are not eligible; applications should be submitted at least 30 days prior to the meeting date when possible.

Deadline: Applications should be submitted at least thirty (30) days prior to the meeting date; awards are available for approved groups with arrival dates within 36 months of booking definite status; post-event documentation due within sixty (60) days after event conclusion.
