Who can apply: Requestor must be a not-for-profit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization (exceptions considered case-by-case); requester must be located in the Saint Francis service area; must provide W-9 or invoice and complete vendor intake where applicable; requests for sponsorship or event support must be submitted at least 60 days in advance of print deadline or event date.
Deadline: Requests must be submitted at least 60 days prior to event/print deadline. No single annual deadline; submissions reviewed on a rolling/event-based schedule.
