Who can apply: Proposals may be submitted by an individual PI or collaborative team. Strong backgrounds in insect welfare biology, thermal physiology, insects as food and feed, and/or engineering are expected. Rethink Priorities does not provide funding for indirect costs or institutional overhead, and cannot fund research carried out in nations subject to U.S. sanctions or by residents of those nations.
Deadline: Rolling evaluation starting November 15, 2024.
