Partners in Sharing (Employee Matching Program)

Who can apply: Eligible participants are employees, retirees, and board members of Red Wing Shoe Company, Red Wing Brands of America, S.B. Foot Tanning Company, and the St. James Hotel. Matching funds go to tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organizations. Cash gifts must be at least $25 to be matched, and volunteer service is matched at $25/hour up to 80 hours per year. The Foundation excludes certain gifts and has discretion over eligibility.

Deadline: Rolling; volunteer-hour matches are processed on a quarterly basis.
