Who can apply: Only 501(c)(3) organizations. Projects must be managed by reliable/ethical/experienced personnel, demonstrate ability to achieve results, and not discriminate. Organizations that received a grant are ineligible to apply for the next two grant cycles. Eligibility determined by where the program operates or population served (not HQ location).
Deadline: LOI submission due August 29 by 5:00 PM (annual). RFPs requested in November; full proposals due in December. Site visits in March; presentations in April; awards in May.
