Who can apply: Nonprofit organizations must be based in Nevada or Utah, provide a valid 501(c)(3) tax-exempt form and IRS tax ID, be actively registered with the Nevada or Utah Secretary of State as applicable, submit requests at least 8 weeks before the event date, and use donated items for a live, silent, or online auction fundraiser. Only one request per organization is considered within a 12-month period.
Deadline: Requests must be submitted 8 weeks prior to the proposed event date; notification typically occurs 8-10 weeks prior to the event.
