Who can apply: Priority given to community organizations whose missions directly relate to improving health status of individuals within underserved populations, advancing health equity, promoting healthy eating and active living, and enhancing cultural belonging in New Mexico. Applicants should review eligibility requirements on the Community Engagement pages before applying.
Deadline: Requests are accepted from the second Monday in January through November 15 each calendar year. Submissions are reviewed within four business weeks of receipt.
