WIOA Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) / WIOA Training Funding

Who can apply: Training programs must prepare participants for a statewide or local targeted occupation; the occupation should have an entry wage at or above the region's Lower Living Standard Income Level unless serving Welfare Transition or Young Adult participants; the occupation must not be in decline; and there must be a talent supply gap. Providers must also apply to become an approved training provider with Florida Commerce through Employ Florida.
