Who can apply: Organizations must have annual operating budgets under $5 million, have been impacted by a loss, reduction, delay, or uncertainty in public funding, serve communities in New Mexico, and primarily provide direct services. Organizations with reserves or endowments may apply; financial resources are reviewed in context.

Deadline: September 15, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. MDT; applications are reviewed on a rolling basis beginning around the end of August.
