Who can apply: Organization must be a 501(c)(3) (generally for five years), located in and providing programs/services mainly within Fort Wayne and Allen County. The Foundation generally does not fund private foundations, churches or other religious organizations, state-funded colleges and universities, individuals (including scholarships), and rarely funds schools. Capital projects or purchases of depreciating assets are the primary purpose of funding. Wildcat Athletic Association is an exception for annual operating support.
