Who can apply: Open to private, publicly supported, not-for-profit, tax-exempt organizations. Outside funding must not be available; the project should be largely funded by the grant unless it covers a discrete component of a larger project. Direct salary support is not accepted. The entirety of grant funds must be used directly for the project and not for administrative or processing fees or general overhead.
Deadline: Accepts proposals throughout the calendar year (rolling intake). No specific submission deadlines.
