Who can apply: Applicants must provide a copy of their IRS tax-exempt status, agency annual report, list of board members and executive staff, and information demonstrating the agency's success and ability to complete the proposed project. Grants primarily support organizations benefiting elderly communities, mostly in Michigan. Prior grantees must submit a feedback form.
Deadline: April 15 and September 15 each year.
