Who can apply: Organizations whose missions focus on providing end-of-life care or services during the final stages of life and emphasize a patient's quality of life. Preference is given to organizations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Examples include hospice facilities, visiting nurses associations, and organizations providing companionship, care packages, and similar services to hospice patients or people in the final stages of life.
Deadline: Applications accepted until May 31st each year; Board reviews in late summer and makes awards in the fall.
