Who can apply: Applicants must be a current 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization, be located in Northeast Indiana, and demonstrate community benefit, effective performance, meaningful outcomes, and financial responsibility and accountability. Organizations must serve youth in Northeast Indiana. Only one check per request is permitted in a 12-month period; multi-year requests may be considered.
Deadline: Annual application deadline: October 1. Limited contingency requests may be accepted year-round; requests received by the annual deadline are more likely to receive consideration.
