Sponsorships (Adventist Health Lodi Memorial)

Who can apply: Organizations must align with the hospital mission and priority focus areas from the most recent Community Health Needs Assessment. Adventist Health Lodi Memorial does not provide sponsorship funding for individuals, fraternities/sororities, memberships, individual scholarships/fellowships, smaller group activities, organizations or activities outside the Adventist Health Lodi Memorial service area, pageants or field trips.

Deadline: Requests must be received 90 days in advance of the event date; allow 45 days for a response. No fixed annual deadline.
