Who can apply: Nonprofit organizations with programs/initiatives serving Central and East Contra Costa County. Organizations must have a relevant track record and physical presence in the service area (if based outside the county). Projects should target uninsured/underinsured/underserved/vulnerable populations and include plans to meet needs of BIPOC populations. Eligible projects include multi-year health initiatives or annual program support; preference for initiatives demonstrating sustainability and measurable impact.
Deadline: No set application or proposal deadlines; preference that grant cycles start/end on either July 1 – June 30 or January 1 – December 31. (No fixed RFP deadlines specified.)
