Mabee Foundation Capital Projects Grants
Who can apply: Applicants must be nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations (not private foundations) with projects located in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas, Missouri, or Kansas. The project must be a construction project, renovation project, or purchase of major medical equipment. At least 40% of the total project must be raised from other public donors before the request will be considered. The foundation does not fund operating support, debt retirement, endowments, individuals, government-owned/operated institutions, local church bodies/congregations/parishes, or certain capital projects such as K-12 institutions unless they exclusively serve students with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Deadline: Requests due the first day of December, March, June, and September for consideration at the quarterly board meeting held the second Tuesday in January, April, July, and October.
