The two reported awards go to Bethesda-based recipients listed as "See Attachment 25" and "See Attachment," underscoring a pattern of highly concentrated, institution-scale giving rather than a wide spread of smaller awards. The foundation’s active grantmaking programs point to a consistent regional mission: supporting equitable, sustainable, and thriving communities in the Washington, D.C. region. Across those program descriptions, the emphasis falls on root-cause solutions, transformational change, and community vitality and vibrancy.
