Who can apply: Applicant must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization or fiscally sponsored organization; located in and serving residents of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, or Philadelphia counties in Pennsylvania; have at least 3 full years of independently prepared, audited, or reviewed financial statements; funds controlled locally; not have received an Impact100 Philadelphia $100,000 grant in the past six grant cycles or a grant under $100,000 in the past three grant cycles; annual operating budget generally above $300,000 and below $3,000,000, with organizations above $3.5 million not reviewed.

Deadline: Applications due in November; grant review runs January through April; finalists announced in mid-May; award announced in June.
