Agency Partner Program (Food Distribution to Partner Agencies)

Who can apply: Organization must have 501(c)(3) status; food program must operate in an area currently under-served by Helping Harvest; program must operate from a clean, appropriate facility with locked food storage; organization must pay a $50 annual membership fee as well as delivery fees; food assistance programs must provide services without regard to race, sex, creed, or religious affiliation and may not require attendance at religious services or pledges in exchange for food.

Deadline: Membership applications are not accepted in November and December; submissions during that time are reviewed in January 2026.
