Training Provider Application / Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) Approval
Who can apply: Training providers must meet federal, state, and CareerSource Heartland eligibility requirements. Programs submitted must be listed on the local area Demand Occupations List, and providers must provide student-based information to Florida's Education Training and Placement Information Program (FETPIP). New providers or providers reapplying after termination must submit the Initial Eligibility application; currently approved providers seeking renewal must submit the Continued Eligibility application. All submitted programs are subject to review and must meet minimum performance requirements.
Deadline: Applications and programs may be submitted at any time. The March 15, 2026 date applied to implementation beginning July 1, 2026.
