Outreach Grant Program

Who can apply: Applicants must be organizations exempt from federal taxation under Section 501(c)(3) and not classified as private foundations. Funding supports organizational activities occurring during the 2027 calendar year. Proposals should demonstrate a plan to strengthen operations, effective leadership and governance, continuous improvement, mission alignment, and opportunities for volunteer involvement.

Deadline: Deadline for consideration of 2027 grant support: October 15, 2026. Progress report due September 30, 2027; final report due December 31, 2027.
