Who can apply: Applicants must be employed by the Germantown School District at the time of application and reimbursement. Maximum one grant per teacher per year. Grants generally cannot exceed $1,250 without Board approval. Teachers receiving $1,000 or more in similar funding from another source are ineligible. Funds must be used during the academic year of approval or the following year unless pre-approved. Preference is given to new projects or initiatives.
Deadline: The 2026-2027 application is open August 17 through December 1, 2026. Award notification is in January 2027.
