Who can apply: Nonprofit organizations, public and private educational organizations, federal, state, local agencies, and tribal governments. Applicants should provide a 1:1 dollar match (in-kind or cash accepted). Projects must be in-situ, cost-effective, sustainable, provide measurable outcomes, involve/consider local communities, and share results with stakeholders/scientific community.
