Who can apply: Organizations with 501(c)(3) status located in or serving Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, or New Castle counties, West Philadelphia, or University City may apply. Requests must support a specific project or program, either continuing an existing program or launching a new initiative, that can deliver measurable, sustainable improvements.
