Agency Partnering / Membership Program
Who can apply: Applicants must complete and sign the written Membership Application. New agencies must submit proof of 501(c)(3) status, or churches must submit a Church/Religious Organization Self Certification form. Agencies must have clean, dry, secure storage and food preparation facilities. Meal providers must have a Food Handlers Permit; pantries must complete Food Bank safety training and agree to donor requests and partnership terms. Applicants must pass Food Bank review and a site visit, complete a six-month probationary period, and agree to applicable product-distribution, liability, SNAP outreach, data-tracking, and other partnership requirements.
Deadline: Applications are reviewed on a quarterly basis; no fixed submission deadline is stated.
