Who can apply: Must belong to the MFR movement; align with MFR principles (family involvement, alternance training, global education, rural development); be a collective/association-led project; provide at least 10% self-financing; respect the Foundation's ethical criteria; individual-person applications are not funded; projects already financed by other donors, debts, or debt charges are excluded.

Deadline: The dossier document states it must be returned before the end of January, but the website also presents the request form as a standing application resource.
