Tribal Voluntary Bison Inspection Fee Coverage Program

Who can apply: Applicants must be Native American-owned establishments or establishments operating on Tribal lands; slaughter or process USDA-inspected bison or buffalo; have an active Federal Grant of Inspection; and have paid USDA-FSIS inspection fees on or after October 1, 2023. Applicants must provide an application form, W-9, Federal Grant of Inspection, proof of Native American ownership or operation on Tribal lands, itemized FSIS invoices, and proof of payment.

Deadline: No fixed deadline; requests are accepted until available funds are obligated.
