Who can apply: Projects should align with ECMC Foundation’s North Star and strategic framework, improve persistence and completion outcomes for students in credit-bearing postsecondary certificate or degree programs, and demonstrate potential to advance systemic change. Requests should be project-based and reform-oriented, with defined activities, timeframe, budget and intended outcomes. ECMC Foundation does not generally fund K-12 efforts, college access programs focused on improving enrollment, graduate student support, or general operating support. Indirect costs may not exceed 15% of direct costs.
Deadline: LOIs are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis throughout the year; there is no specific submission deadline.
