Who can apply: Applicant must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving clients without restrictions based on age, race, creed, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, or disability. Organizations must have space to store pet food, staff or volunteers to manage distribution, and the ability to divide large pet food donations into smaller units. Partners must distribute food through their regular client-service processes, communicate distribution data and needs to DF2FM, and use the food to help keep pets in homes rather than for strays, feral colonies, fosters, or rescue groups.
