Prefer 501(c)(3) organizations in good standing; emphasis on organizations that have not received a grant in the last 12 months. Deadline: Quarterly submission windows: Q1 submission deadline Feb. 29; Q2 May 31; Q3 Aug 31; Q4 Nov 30. Decisions communicated by end of month following quarter (e.g., Q1 decisions by March 31).
