Who can apply: Applicants must be 501(c)(3) public charities in good standing, located and operating in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, or Lake County, Florida. Funds may be used only for the transition of the organization's top executive or paid leader, with the planned transition occurring within the next 6–24 months. Organizations in crisis transition and organizations able to conduct the search themselves are not eligible.
