Who can apply: Applicants must be public charities registered under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Projects must serve women within the listed New Jersey counties. Grant recipients may reapply no sooner than 4 grant cycles (2 years) after their most recent application; non-recipients have no reapplication limitation.

Deadline: Semi-annual grant cycles: Cycle A proposals accepted January 15–March 15 (grants awarded in June); Cycle B proposals accepted August 15–October 15 (grants awarded in December). All applications must be submitted electronically.
