Who can apply: Nonstock nonprofit corporation tax exempt under 501(a) and 501(c)(3); principal purpose is delivery of legal services to the poor in Connecticut; certified financial statements for the three preceding years with an appointed independent certified auditing firm; registered with the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection. New organizations must complete a questionnaire to determine eligibility.
