Who can apply: St. Joseph County nonprofit organizations demonstrating superior leadership, management, and programming. Applicants must be invited to submit full applications after an Intent to Apply (letter of intent) is submitted/approved.
Deadline: Intent to Apply (LOI) deadline for the 2027 Leighton process: July 1, 2027. Full application (invited organizations): August 1, 2027 by 11:59 p.m. (application available in the online grant system no later than June 5, 2027).
