Who can apply: Eligible applicants include charitable organizations that have met IRS 501(c)(3) requirements, churches, and government entities. Coalitions may apply through a fiscal sponsor that serves in a policy-setting role and is responsible for fiscal management and reporting. The request must align with the foundation’s interests and geographical focus.
Deadline: Requests can be submitted at any time and are reviewed on a rolling basis. The process generally takes three or four months from application submission to notification.
