Who can apply: Qualified nonprofit organizations, primarily those providing services in the Shreveport and Bossier City region of Louisiana. Prior grantees must complete a follow-up report one year after the grant award before submitting an LOI for a future cycle.
Deadline: Spring cycle: LOIs accepted December 1-January 5; full applications accepted January 15-30; grant decisions announced May 15. Fall cycle: LOIs accepted July 1-21; full applications accepted August 1-14; grant decisions announced November 16.
