Hamilton Professional Grant Fund

Who can apply: Credit unions are eligible to receive up to $1,000 per calendar year, with greater consideration given to credit unions with less than $50 million in assets. Grants are first-come, first-served until annual funds are exhausted.

Deadline: Applications are accepted first-come, first-served until annual funds are exhausted; some partner opportunities have their own registration dates.

Disaster Relief Fund — Phase I Grant

Who can apply: Any employee of a credit union headquartered in North Carolina or South Carolina is eligible for an initial Phase I grant of up to $1,500 following a disaster. Credit union employees who reside outside of the Carolinas are eligible for grant support. Phase II is available to employees and volunteers who have home damage not covered by insurance or other sources of relief aid.

Technology and Capital Improvements Grant Program

Who can apply: Credit unions with $100 million or less in assets are eligible, with priority to those with less than $50 million in assets.

Deadline: Applications are accepted each year from June 1 - October 1.

Carolinas Vizo Financial Empowerment Grant

Who can apply: Credit unions of all asset sizes can apply. Greater consideration is given when budget limitations act as a barrier to community outreach initiatives.

Deadline: Grant cycle runs February 1 through May 1 each year.
