Who can apply: Applicants must be nonprofit organizations, generally 501(c)(3) organizations, located within the Astros MLB territory. Individuals, personal causes, personal gifts, employee raffles or prizes, and people fundraising on behalf of a charity are not eligible. An organization may receive donations only once per year and must wait 10 months after its last event before reapplying. Requests for specific player autographs or tickets for specific games are not accepted.
Deadline: Requests must be submitted at least four weeks before the event date. Organizations that received an in-kind donation must wait 10 months after their last event to reapply.
