Who can apply: Organizations that received an ARTSmemphis unrestricted operating support grant in Fiscal Year 2027 and have strong fiscal, governance, and administrative accountability. Organizations must have a dedicated paid staff or contract person managing the project. Prior Enhancement Grants must be successfully closed out; 2026 recipients are not eligible.
Deadline: FY28 grant process timeline will be announced in fall 2027.
