Who can apply: Area 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and public, tax-supported organizations may apply. Programs must be arts-related and include a public component taking place within Midland County. Applications are evaluated based on programming quality, community involvement and outreach, administrative and fiscal responsibility, arts-discipline distribution, accessibility, and available ACM funds.
Deadline: Annual applications are due August 17, 2026, by 5:00 p.m.; based on the stated annual cycle, the next deadline is expected August 17, 2027, at 5:00 p.m.
