AEF Disaster Grant

Who can apply: Applicant must be a current ALA member who has maintained annual membership for three consecutive years, including the current year and the two immediately preceding years. The application must be received within 12 months of the disaster. The applicant must have damage to the primary residence, displacement/evacuation, or qualifying out-of-pocket emergency expenses. One AEF disaster or hardship grant may be awarded per grantee in a 12-month period.
