AIMS Education Foundation’s largest recent grant was $2,483,772 to Fresno Pacific University for support, faculty, and scholarships. That single award helps frame a broader pattern: the foundation builds pathways into teaching and STEAM by funding scholarships, fellowships, and educator development rather than one-time event grants. Its active programs include the AIMS K-16 Scholarship, the AIMS Teacher Education Scholarship, the AIMS Scholars Program, the AIMS Future STEAM Teachers Scholarship, and the AIMS Research Fellowship. Together, these programs connect pre-service teachers, graduate students, doctoral researchers, and classroom educators to a shared set of goals around mathematics, science, STEAM, and maker-centered learning. The foundation’s scholarship model is especially visible in its support for students in teacher education and STEM-related degree paths. It awards $5,000 scholarships through both the AIMS K-16 Scholarship and the AIMS Teacher Education Scholarship, while the AIMS Future STEAM Teachers Scholarship provides $15,000 to select undergraduate students. What Aims Education Foundation Funds

Teacher preparation is a clear focus. AIMS Education Foundation gives $5,000 through the AIMS Teacher Education Scholarship to students in Mathematics or Science Single-subject Teacher Education Credential programs at Fresno Pacific University, and the AIMS Scholars Program covers 50% of tuition for graduate study in mathematics education, STEM education, or supplemental mathematics education there. It also supports undergraduate STEAM pathways. The AIMS Future STEAM Teachers Scholarship awards $15,000 to students in select STEAM-related undergraduate programs at Fresno Pacific University. Research is another lane of support. The AIMS Research Fellowship provides $1,000 to doctoral students in STEAM education fields and places them in projects with educators, community members, and youth. Community-connected learning appears in that fellowship’s design as well as in the foundation’s emphasis on maker education and collaborative work.
