Who can apply: Applicants must be OBGYN Program Directors, OBGYN Faculty, or OBGYN Residents mentored by OBGYN Faculty. Projects must center on one of the year's webinar topics—leading self, leading others, or leading change—pilot the proposed curriculum with measurable results within 18 months, and be piloted in an OBGYN residency program. Piloting in an additional residency program is encouraged but not mandatory.
Deadline: Final application deadline: October 12, 2026. Applications may be submitted on a rolling basis after the relevant webinar concludes.
