The 4-H Federation Foundation of Will County directs small, local grants almost exclusively to 4‑H clubs and youth agricultural groups in Will County, IL, with funds largely derived from and allocated back to county fair food-stand proceeds. Their giving focuses on supporting grassroots club activities and youth leadership within the county’s agricultural and community fair ecosystem. Recipients are mostly recurring local clubs rather than regional or national organizations.
Many small, local grants concentrated within a single geographic area (Will County); recurring support to the same handful of 4‑H clubs funded from county fair food-stand proceeds rather than large or multi-year institutional grants.
