Who can apply: Applicants must be 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations under Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. Applicants must submit their most recently filed Form 990 or IRS determination letter and a W-9. The Foundation prefers established organizations with proven success, broad community reach, measurable goals, sound budgets, demonstrated impact, and partnerships with other agencies or entities.

Deadline: Formal written requests must be received by April 25 or September 25 for review by the Foundation Board. If the 25th falls on a weekend, the deadline is the following business day.
