The Foundation grants throughout the United States and seeks to allocate at least one-third of grant resources to organizations helping people in West Texas. Organizations may submit only one application in a 12-month period and may not apply in two consecutive grant cycles. Organizations receiving grants in two consecutive years must skip an entire year before reapplying. Individuals, for-profit organizations, church or seminary construction, annual fundraising drives, galas, single artistic events, and endowment requests are generally ineligible.
