The Stanley E Fulton Family Foundation makes a very small number of very large grants, with most dollars routed to a donor-advised/grantmaking intermediary (The Signatry). Outside of that pass-through giving, the foundation funds local and regional social-service organizations focused on vulnerable populations (people with disabilities, youth aging out of care) and faith-based community initiatives. Their visible profile is that of a private family fund that uses a DAF/administrative partner for major distributions while selectively supporting mission-driven service providers.
Stanley E Fulton Family Foundation’s visible profile is defined by very large, selective grants, including repeated support for The Signatry, which received several of the foundation’s largest recent awards. That pattern sits alongside direct funding for service providers serving vulnerable populations, such as Impact Living Services in Little Rock and Immerse Arkansas. The foundation’s recent grant list shows a mix of pass-through distribution and targeted operating support for organizations working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, youth leaving foster care, and community-based behavioral health and faith-related initiatives. The foundation’s giving is not broad and diffuse; it is concentrated enough that a small set of grantees appear more than once across the recent record. That repetition points to sustained relationships with a handful of organizations rather than one-time check writing. Recent examples include multiple awards to Randolph-macon Academy and to Aging Out Institute, plus continuing support for Keep Memory Alive. The resulting profile is that of a family foundation making high-dollar, purpose-specific grants while also routing substantial capital through a donor-advised intermediary.
In services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Stanley E Fulton Family Foundation gave $2,000,000 to Impact Living Services in 2025 and $800,000 plus $500,000 in earlier awards to the same organization. For youth transitioning out of foster care, it supported Aging Out Institute with $1,015,000 in 2023, $516,000 in 2023, and $501,000 in 2025. The foundation also backed regional faith-based and mission work, including $1,500,000 to Immerse Arkansas in 2025 and additional $1,000,000 and $500,000 grants in 2023. In behavioral health and family services, it awarded $1,015,000 to Connections Individual & Family Services in New Braunfels. Other recent grants show support for The Hay Center, Transition Resource Action Center, and Jim Riley Outreach, each tied to local service delivery.
Typical grant size is high: the 25th percentile is $186,600, the median is $385,000, and the 75th percentile is $504,750. The recent record is dominated by a small number of very large awards, including multiple seven-figure grants. The foundation also shows repeat giving to the same organizations across 2023 and 2025, suggesting ongoing relationships rather than isolated one-off support. Its structure includes donor-advised or intermediary pass-through giving, with The Signatry receiving several of the largest awards. The foundation also makes program-related investments.

Highly concentrated: few, very large grants dominated by transfers to a donor-advised/grantmaking intermediary (roughly 80%+). Remaining dollars are one-off multi-hundred-thousand to million-dollar grants to select regional social-service and faith-based organizations rather than many small awards.
Notable grantees: The Signatry / Signatry (primary intermediary for distributions), Impact Living Services, Aging Out Institute, Immerse Arkansas, Connections Individual & Family Services
