Bridge Builders Microgrants
¿Quién puede postularse? Applicants must propose a creative project or event in a Michigan Municipal League member community that brings people together and creates opportunities for participation across different backgrounds, ages, experiences, and abilities. Eligible applicants include schools and student organizations, nonprofits with a specific community focus, churches and faith-based organizations, local governments, libraries and other public institutions, community organizations, and informal groups of neighbors or community members. For-profit businesses, organizations without a specific neighborhood focus, and past Bridge Builders recipients are not eligible. Projects may not be partisan or legislative political activities, sectarian religious activities, fee-based events or fundraisers, loans, routine business expenses, routine public-space maintenance, protests, or activities promoting violence, hate, discrimination, or exclusion.
Fecha límite: Applications are open September 9, 2026 through October 30, 2026. Projects must start January 1, 2027 or later and be completed by September 30, 2027.
