The event must take place within the Downtown Greensboro Business Improvement District, be inclusive and open to the public, and be posted on the Downtown Greensboro event calendar. Organizers must tag Downtown Greensboro on Facebook and DGSO on Instagram and use the #DGSO hashtag in social media promotions. Events occurring July through December require submission by May 15; events occurring January through June require submission by November 1.
